Shipping charges

We will provide you with a quote for shipping if you wish your items to be delivered.

• All goods are accompanied by a delivery docket and freight is at customer's cost if required.
• You can pickup items yourself from us to save shipping costs.
• Please contact us prior to finalising your online purchase to obtain a quote and add the shipping amount as an item to your cart.

Insurance

All our products are packed to a high standard, however you may wish to take out insurance at additional cost. Title to and risk in the products shall pass to you on despatch of the product from our premises.

Delivery Time Frame
Our current (maximum) dispatch lead time is 5 business days, with most orders fulfilled within 2 working days. Large orders of custom-made items eg: conference satchels may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture and freight.

This is the time from when we receive your payment to when it is dispatched.  It varies according to demand and stock levels.  Please consider delivery lead times when placing your order so that we may do our best to meet your requirements.

We will not be liable for any delay in performing of our obligations under the terms and conditions if our delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of our obligations.

Note:  Cleared funds for full payment is required prior to all orders being dispatched.

Duties & Taxes
Purchases delivered within Australia will be subject to the Australian GST (Goods and Service Tax). All prices shown include GST.

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods.  These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your country.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any such charges.  As we cannot predict what these charges may be, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order.  NOTE:  The buyer is liable for these charges and will be charged by us or the courier on delivery; these charges are non-refundable on return of goods to us.
